The Blue & Red Santa Project is a community-driven initiative to brighten the holidays for some of our area’s less fortunate children. Co-founded by the Culpeper Town Police & the Culpeper Volunteer Fire Department. The Blue & Red Santa project was created to give back to the community. This is our sixth year for this program, and it has grown significantly. We are continuing to expand with the help of several local businesses, civil groups, and restaurants that donate money and food to make this project a success. Make an Impact
